Final Review of Crest 3D White Professional Effects Whitestrips

I finished my 20 day whitening challenge!!  And these strips really do work - I can't stop smiling!!
You don't just have to take my word for it, see for yourself!!

My bottom teeth are still a little more yellow than I would like, so I may look into buying another box of strips after the holidays are over (budget is too tight this month with all the gifts I've been buying!).  But overall I am very happy with the results.  I didn't have any crazy expectations like having a movie star smile after using these strips, especially with how yellow my teeth were to begin with (YUCK!), but for the price I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend them.  They are a little expensive ($50 a box), but still very affordable compared to the alternative of 100's of $$$s at the dentist!

Oh and the best part, the results should last up to 12 months!!!   I will try and do some occasional updates to show how the color is holding up during that time.

Day 15?

Wow, I really wasn't kidding about being forgetful....I just counted the rest of the strips and I still have 5 days left!! So I guess that makes the new target date for the final post/review next Wednesday (provided I don't forget any more days!  lol).

So here's a picture I just took tonight:

No changes really since the last one, but I have no clue at this point how many strips I've used in between this photo and the last.

Final post to be delayed a few days :(

I ended up forgetting to use the strips over the weekend (see my regular blog My Crazy, Beautiful Life for more info about what's going on), so I have to delay the final post for a few days until I finish using them.  :(   But I promise I'll post an updated pic when I get home tonight to show my progress so far and get an exact count of how many days I have left!  (I even have a reminder alarm set on my phone so I won't forget!, lol)  Just wanted to keep you updated about what was going on and why the final post and review wouldn't be up tonight.

Day.....What day is today? lol

I started this 20 day Crest Whitestrips whitening challenge on Nov. 14th (and missed 1 day for the holiday), so that makes today Day 14!

Look at the changes!!!!  And I'm not even done yet, I still have 6 more days to go!  I can't wait to see the full results!!!  


I know in my Day 7 update I said I was going to do a Day 12 update, but I totally forgot to take pics after I finished writing out the post  :(

Day 7 Update!

Here is an updated picture showing my whitening progress on Day 7 of the Crest 3D White Professional Effects Whitestrips 20 day challenge.

I've noticed a definite change in my top teeth, even my canines finally!  My bottom teeth are looking slightly whiter, but still not much of a difference.  Still have 13 days left (not even half-way through!), so I have hope that I will continue to see changes in the color of my bottom teeth! *Fingers crossed*  =)

I did end up forgetting to use the strips for 1 day during all of the Thanksgiving/Black Friday madness, so my count is now a day behind where it should be for all future updates.  Check back on Tuesday or Wednesday for a new photo and Day 12 update (which is today)!

Day 4 Update!

I hadn't noticed a difference by Day 3, so I decided to wait another day before taking pictures and updating on any changes.

Here is my progress after using Crest 3D White Professional Effects Whitestrips for 4 days:

I've noticed a small difference in my front two teeth, but none yet on my canines (which are extremely yellow, this picture doesn't do them justice). Also, I haven't really noticed any difference in my bottom teeth.

I did have a little bit of a freakout yesterday morning when I looked in the mirror and realized the bottom half of my two front teeth were whiter than the top half, but the color evened out after I used the strips again last night.

Woot!  I was lucky enough to be selected by Influenster to receive a box of Crest 3D White Professional Effects Whitestrips to try out and review for free!

 

I'm starting my 20 day whitening treatment today, can't wait to see how beautiful my teeth look 20 days from now!! You only have to wear the strips once per day for 30 minutes. No problem, I can do that while showering in the morning, reading my emails, watching TV, cleaning the house or getting ready for bed!

 Here's what the strip packet looks like.  I love how they combined the strips together in 1 packet, instead of one each for the lower and upper teeth like the strips I tried previously.

Here's my teeth with the strips on.  Barely noticeable!  And I'm sitting here wearing them tonight while I type out this info, lol

I love these strips!! They use Advanced Seal No Slip Technology and have a much better grip than the older versions, which used to slide around on my teeth if I moved my lips too much. I'm able to talk and do whatever I want (except maybe eat, lol) with these on and they aren't moving at all!!

The box says you can notice a difference in color within 3 days, so check back on Saturday for an update and new photos!
